This was a really fun episode, though even as a breastfeeding mother, I couldn’t help but cringe throughout the episode at the thought of actually drinking mine or another’s breastmilk. Y’all are good sports.
Canned (still) water does exist but I mostly see it marketed toward “disaster preparedness kits”.
I have however been seeing this around a bunch lately:
Hmm. No image.
See boxed water here:

I mean honestly you all just seriously took one for a really big team. I am so happy to have this info, especially about the almond milk (which happens to be my go-to milk). Such professionals, so honest, so objective.
Congrats Elizabeth WOWWWW!
And Carol tooo - super impressive on both of you!
YOU GUYS! This was the best episode of TBASH ever! I’m a breastfeeding mother and member of La Leche League, and the conversation in the beginning of the episode was so refreshing and I just want everyone I ever met to hear it. I posted a link to the episode on my local LLL facebook page in effort of helping you go viral. 🙂 Thanks for a great episode and wonderful conversation about breastmilk.
So awesome of you! GFY!!
Great episode guys and gals!!!!!
GFY!
I think you guys just made the Food and Beverage podcast Hall of Fame.
This was the BEST. I’m past the breastfeeding age with my kids so I’m very glad I tasted my breastmilk when I still made it! Almond milk is a great comparison to what I remember it being like.
Thank you for doing this episode! I’ve been hoping for a breast milk shootout from the beginning. This was the best. I weaned my son a couple of weeks ago and now regret not ever tasting more than a drop or two. I guess I’ll just have another baby!
Carol, congrats on your win! Elizabeth, congrats on your fancy milk!
TBASH, GFY!
So PUMPED to listen to this!
you win
You’ve done it again. 👏
Wow!Ttrue history was made in that ep (an instant classic & one of a kind). Congrats on taking TBASH to another level.
All 4 of you are amazing rockstars. I look forward to Andy, Josh and TBaSH’s twitter for the next couple weeks posting all the articles written about this.
By the way I tasted some of my wife’s when our child was of that age, and it was super sweet, I know that much.
Loooooooove the podcast! Writing in to request the pasta recipe that you guys were talking about. I love cooking and it would be so handy to have that when I am helping out a sick friend or someone who just had a baby.
Thank you!!!
❤️ Penny
Here ya go! 🙂
STUFFED SHELLS
1 box jumbo pasta shells
2 packages frozen creamed spinach (Green Giant is low in fat)
16 oz container ricotta cheese
8oz mozzarella cheese
shredded Parmesan cheese
salt/ pepper
marinara sauce (I always use Rao’s even though it’s expensive)
Put a big pot of salted water on high and bring to a boil.
Mix the defrosted spinach, ricotta, and 3/4 of the mozzarella together (salt and pepper to taste) in a bowl.
Cook the pasta shells about 5-6 minutes, until they’re just soft enough to stuff.
Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with sauce, stuff the shells with the spinach/mozz, and add to dish, cover with sauce, remaining mozzarella and parm (a handful).
Bake (covered) @ 350 for about 30 minutes. Take the foil off and continue to cook til brown and bubbly. Let set at least 10 minutes before serving.
I am an avid Totally Mommy and Totally Married listener, but I admittedly pick and choose TBASH episodes. This one was SO amazing! Honest, entertaining, AND informative. I have to recommend another podcast, well, really just an episode to all of you. The podcast is Reply All, episode #57: Milk Wanted. It’s about breast milk and while it isn’t as entertaining as TBASH, it’s incredibly eye-opening and informative. I highly recommend it.
GFY!
Thanks so much for doing this episode and I loved hearing all your comments on breast feeding — I wish this was the mass opinion! Donated to La Leche League as I was listening. Such a great episode, and when Elizabeth exclaimed “I’ve never been so happy in my life” I laughed so hard. Love you guys!!!
During the episode, Intern Josh asked Andy since the podcast was almost called “K-Cups with RoRo,” what would it have been called if the show had started with the breastmilk shootout episode. I was thinking “D Cups with RoRo” or maybe even “E Cups with RoRo” depending on what size nursing bra your special guests are rocking these days!
Love the show. GFY.
AMAZING EPISODE! Oh my gosh, you lads are such good sports! I couldn’t get my husband within 10 feet of my breastmilk.. & you guys are knocking it back 🙂 Respect.
Love TBASH. Love the Laime Empire. You guys keep me sane!
Lots of Love from the UK & GFY xxx
